A 27-year-old Ahmadu Yaro, who was alleged to have raped a three months old Rukayya Aliyu in Adogi village in Lafia Local Government Area of Nasarawa state, was arrested by the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) on Tuesday.
