The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Monday, nullified the election of Senator Ishaku Abbo, representing Adamawa Northern Senatorial District.
The Court of Appeal however ordered INEC to withdraw Certificate of return issued to Senator Abbo, and be issued to Rev. Amos Yohanna Kumai, PDP Candidate.
