There is heated pressure on the Nasarawa State Governor Engineer Abdullahi Sule by citizens of the state to appointing their preferred men to make the list of the new cabinet.
It would be recalled that the governor sacked all commissioners including the Secretary to the state government last Friday.
This ,the governor gave so many reasons to his action which did not exclude judicious handling of the 2025 budget ,alluding that he will not be seen to unproductive while his tenure last for the next Two Years.
The Governor further clarified that under such condition, his administration deem it fit to recruiting those that will effectively managed the government for proper delivery of good governance to the people of Nasarawa State.
While promising that in not less than Two weeks a new set of commissioners will be name, citizens of the state from all works of life have continued to mount pressure on the governor to include their preferred persons into the system.
Observers Times report that the campaigns and lobbying have gone viral on social media profiling individuals to be appointed.
Among those that topped such media campaigning are the former Lafia local government chairman and one time National President of ALGON Muazu Maifata, the current Nasarawa State Universal Basic Education Musa and the immediate past state Assembly speaker Rt Honourable Ibrahim Balarabe,who are trending on the media for the post of SSG
Others being lobbied for commissioners hip includes reappointing the former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice ,Barrister Shuiabu Magaji, among others .
This style of campaigning is new to the state and put the governor to not arriving at his decision to having the right persons he intend to work with.The campaign if yielded to by the governor could divert his dream of achieving success in his remaining two years in power.
Governor Sule Will need to take a decisive action like he did with the sacking of management of Teachers Service Commission otherwise his ambition to bequeath the state with a clean record may be truncated.
