Member, Lawyers in Defense of Democracy, Okere Kingdom, reacts to the flagrant disregard of the court’s order by the DSS after a court of competent jurisdiction granted a N20 million bail for the suspended CBN governor Godwin Emefiele. According to Okorie, Tinubu’s administration has started on a wrong note, with impunity and lawlessness, by crippling the entire judicial system, emphasizing that the Director General of the DSS must be sacked for disregarding a court order that placed Emefiele in the custody of the Nigerian Correctional Service.
