The Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja has been closed temporarily after an Allied Air flight skidded off the runway due to a tyre burst.
The plane is currently stuck near the runway, leading to delays and disruptions in departures. Emergency officials are on site and efforts are underway to reopen the runway. Thankfully, there were no injuries to passengers.
