Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Sabrina Idukpaye, has voluntarily left the reality show, citing medical reasons for her sudden departure.

The 32-year-old contestant broke the news to fellow housemates on Monday, saying she had been advised to step away from the competition to attend to her health.

“I have to go pack right now from the house for medical reasons,” Sabrina told the housemates in the lounge, her voice tinged with urgency.

The television personality had been experiencing persistent leg pain, which reportedly prevented her from taking part in Sunday’s Head of House challenge. When asked if she planned to return to the show, she replied, “I don’t know. I can’t answer that.”

Despite the uncertainty, she encouraged her fellow contestants to press on in her absence, saying, “What I do know is that you guys should kill this in my honour…I have 20 minutes to pack.”

Moments later, cameras captured her packing her belongings, marking what appeared to be her final on-screen moments of the season.

Sabrina’s departure marks the third exit from the BBNaija Season 10 house. On Sunday night, housemates Danboskid and Ibifubara were evicted following the weekly voting process.

Shortly after the announcement, her close friend in the house, Kola, was seen visibly emotional. The show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, also acknowledged her exit with a single-word post on X (formerly Twitter): “Sabrina.”

BBNaija producers have yet to release an official statement regarding the nature of her medical issue.

The reality TV show, which has become one of Nigeria’s most-watched entertainment programmes, is in its third week of competition this season. It is known for its intense social dynamics, strategic gameplay, and occasional unexpected twists—including voluntary exits.
