President Bola Tinubu has ordered the immediate arrest of a suspect, George Nwabueze, for allegedly operating a fake government agency within the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF).
The President also approved the immediate suspension of three permanent secretaries.
According to sources, the directives followed fresh findings by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) during its ongoing investigation into illegal government agencies and systemic loopholes in the public service.
