- Aisha Isa-Olatinwo, Director, Consumer Protection Department: Previously acting director of Branch Operations, Isa-Olatinwo emphasizes the CBN’s dedication to stringent oversight of Deposit Money Banks (DMBs) and regulatory compliance.
- Mallam Abdullahi Hamisu, Director, Banking Services: Hamisu, formerly coordinator of banking services, will oversee seamless banking operations nationwide.
- Ojumu Adenike Olubunmi, Director, Medical Services Department: A seasoned medical doctor with over 26 years of experience, specializing in family medicine and public health, she holds advanced degrees from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and the National Postgraduate College of Nigeria.
- Sike Rita Ijeoma, Director, Financial Policy and Regulation Department: Formerly director of Banking Supervision, Ijeoma’s expertise is expected to enhance financial system stability.
- Oboh Victor Ugbem, Director, Monetary Policy Department: A policy economist with over 20 years of experience in monetary, financial, and agricultural policies.
- Nakorji Musa, Director, Trade and Exchange Department: Bringing extensive experience in economic analysis and previous roles at the CBN.
